It's the saddest song you'll ever hear Maybe the most pain that you'll ever fear You want to get them back but it's much too late And you've gone too far Some things are made of steal and Some wounds will never heal You're always talking smack, picking fights in the back I wish that you would simmer Tell yourself it's time to quit Please spare me all that bullshit At last you get your way but it's far too late Now you can't go home You finally got what you want Look at you way up top now You won't even look in my eye I can't say it's a total surprise because You do what you do look at you way up to Like a big shot You'll get what you get Guess you never really knew what you wanted in the first place, did you It's right here in front of you Your friends were always there for you But you pushed them all away like it Meant no difference in the end my friend You scared your love away You made your family pay You got everything you could ever want But no one to share with You finally get what you want Look at you all alone up there You won't even look in my eyes I can't say it's a total surprise because You do what you do look at you way up top like a big shot You'll get what you get Guess you never really knew what you wanted in the first place, did you It's the saddest song you'll always fear Some pain is just so clear Look at you way up top Never looking down Never knowing what is right Always living with such strife Some pain is just so clear The saddest I can write

Room 12 04:28
Anchored feet and heavy head Bucket list empty, no regrets Drowning slowly sinking into my bed Passive income has no flow Just a river of dead weight and empty hopes Gains by means of inaction So go make it happen make a change make it yours Make something of yourself, push and do a little more So go make it happen make a change make it yours Make something of yourself, push and do a little more Only you can paint your sky's It starts off grey you wonder why Nothing works out in the end Why appease one just to please You have your life make memories We all rot the same in the end So go make it happen make a change make it yours Make something of yourself, push and do a little more So go make it happen make a change make it yours Make something of yourself, push and do a little more

Revelations 08:14
Hey, what are you up so late I just got a message I couldn't negate I know I've been ignored and I thought my thoughts But it's time for me to move on, it got too hot So I'll smile, I'll say my piece I'll walk on It's a beautiful day but you are gone I need to write the whole thing down and write down The thoughts I think are thoughts and there is nothing wrong I walk into the sun, it's so bright But the most beautiful thing in this life is night So I'll sit and I'll stare and I'll wait for the stars This wonderful universe can cure even the deepest of scars And up on Mars so bright It's like the shadows, their watching you Up and beyond all night I know that you can feel it too Unlike a dream so clear And the thoughts that are thought by up Up in the stars there's no fear So I'll sit and I'll wait for a few Hey, I'm sorry that I send to you so late Looking at the heavens such a beautiful place With no agony way up high It's where I live my own life Away form harm, away from fear My visions never been quite so clear It's safe in this high I have higher than the moon And if you're stuck on Earth, the one I see your doomed Such a vast, stunning place With not one problem not one trace But there's no one up here floating with me So I fall back down to earth on my knees And up on Mars so brights It's like the shadows, they beckon you Up in the stars all night I know that you can feel it too And now my dreams so clear And the thoughts that are thought by you I can't be alone up here So I'll sit and I'll wait for a few Hey, what are you doing up so late Looking at the heavens such a beautiful place They mystify you too, I know that now No more pain to follow through Such a quiet cold peaceful night But then the sun comes up and gets so bright Now everything is seen again Such a solid means to an end my friend Such a colorful day But then the sun shines down harsh on me With no remorse I get on up Enjoying the daytime, the bright bright sun.

To be Heard 06:04
Words to be heard, you know I'm sick of it all I'm sick of lying here waiting, waiting for it to dissolve Some say that words cannot hurt, I'll tell you that I can do worse And don't you look at me with that tone because you philosophies are perverse You won't preach hate to my kin You best move along it's time that you found a different street Can we unite Can't even look in each others eyes there's So much despise So much hate in these sky's Can we unite Can't even look in each others eyes there's So much despise So much hate in these sky's We all know low self-esteem leads to violent acts Or to big mouthed bigoted skinheads that like to talk with an axe I know you're gonna get pissed, gonna want to speak with your fists How about we stop we sit we think we don't need violence for this No altruistic behavior, think about yourself let the others waiver You feed my misanthropic beliefs But we all gotta walk these same streets Can we unite Can't even look in each others eyes there's So much despise So much hate in these sky's Can we unite Can't even look in each others eyes there's So much despise So much hate in these sky's Brothers and sisters what if we all stand tall Got each others back to the grave to the sky one and all Brothers and sisters what if we all stand tall Got each others back to the grave to the sky one and all I've got to tell you that I wish we could unite because Everyone is beautiful but some of us are blind In a world where the liars outnumber the saints In this land so much ignorance, so much dismay We are so obsessed with images and labels and pride We gorget we all are humans here no need to divide So I'll ask you my friend will you take this stand And I'll ask you again, will you take my hand Can we unite? Can't even look in each others eyes there's So much despise So much hate in these sky's

about

After nearly three years of writing, recording, mixing and remixing we have finally finished our first EP, Scarlet Nights. This EP was recorded at The J house and on Comstock Street. We would not have been able to do this if it weren’t for the amazing people living in The J House, a special shout out to Jeff Linden who let us use his gear to record most of the EP. We would also like to thank everyone who has supported us over the past couple of years; we truly hope that you enjoy these tracks. Thank you Keith Lalley for the live recording session on Room 12 and Revelations, you are the bees knees and your mixes are incredible. Rachel Harding did all of the amazing artwork and photography. This would not be complete without an amazing master, thank you Jonathan Maisto at Backroom Studios for putting the final touches on this project. Hopefully the next one doesn’t take three years. Also, we would like to thank friends, family and everyone who has supported us over the past couple of years; we truly hope that you enjoy our music. It took us sometime, but it was well worth, hopefully we get the next one out sooner. -TWA
